After receiving The Club e-redemption email, Ztore will contact and provide the promotion code to The Club member within 3 -7 business days through Whatsapp. 

After receiving the promotion code from Ztore, the Member must log in to www.ztore.com and arrange delivery within 30 working days.  Rewards will be delivered within 14 working days after check-out and delivery confirmation with Ztore.

  1. Redeem online during the redemption period. Please provide a valid contact number which enable Whatsapp communication after redemption.
  2. An e-redemption letter will then be sent to your registered email address.
  3. After receiving The Club e-redemption email, Ztore will contact and provide the promotion code to The Club member within 3 -7 business days through Whatsapp. 
  4. After receiving the promotion code from Ztore, the Member must log in to www.ztore.com and arrange delivery within 30 working days.  Rewards will be delivered within 14 working days after check-out and delivery confirmation with Ztore.
  5. Contact Ztore via cs@ztore.com in case you do not receive the Rewards within the agreed delivery period.
  1. Rewards include a one-off Hong Kong delivery. Self-collection services are not available.
  2. Rewards include delivery within HK Island, Kowloon, New Territories, excluding some Outlying Islands. Please check at https://www.ztore.com/en/article/article_delivery for more details.
  3. The Club Member must log in to www.ztore.com to arrange delivery within 30 working days from the date of the e-redemption letter. Redemption item will be delivered within 14 working days after check-out and delivery confirmation with Ztore.
  4. A promotion code will be sent to The Club Member via mobile phone number which enable Whatsapp communication. If promotion code is unable to be sent due to wrong mobile phone number provided, Ztore will not re-issue a promotion code. Once Clubpoints have been redeemed, all such transactions cannot be changed, refunded or cancelled and all redeemed Clubpoints cannot be reinstated.
  5. The Club Member must provide valid mailing address and contact phone number for delivery purposes. Should delivery be unsuccessful as a result of inaccurate delivery address or the member has failed to show up at the agreed delivery time to receive the Rewards, Ztore HK Limited will charge The Club Member an additional re-delivery fee.
  6. The Club Members are requested to sign off acknowledgement slips upon receipt of Rewards via the arranged delivery.
  7. Redemption of Rewards is subject to availability.
  8. No refund or exchange policy is applicable and Clubpoints will be deducted immediately from your The Club account.
  9. The offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers, discounts or cash coupons, and are non-transferable or exchangeable for cash or other products.
  10. All photos are for reference only.
  11. Club HKT Limited (“The Club”) is not the supplier of the above Rewards and makes no representation or guarantee as to the quality of the Rewards collected and accepts no liability for any matters arising from or in relation to the same.

  13. In the event of discrepancy or inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
  14. The Club and Ztore HK Limited reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice. In case of any dispute, the decision of The Club and Ztore HK Limited shall be final.
