Warranty Information

The reward item is covered by vendor warranty of 1 year, valid in Hong Kong. Please contact GO Logistic & Storage at +852 2739 8872 for issues regarding the warranty details or maintenance.

If the product received is evidenced to have been damaged or defective upon receipt and notified to GO Logistics & Storage within 7 days, an exchange would be granted. Please follow the instructions of GO Logistics & Storage customer service team and send back your product with the original packaging for the arrangement of exchange.

  1. Redeem online during the redemption period.
  2. An e-redemption letter will then be sent to your registered email address.
  3. Delivery to designated address within 30 working days from the issued date of the e-redemption letter.
  4. Contact GO Logistics & Storage on +852 2739 8872 or email: cs_theclub@gols.com.hk if you do not receive the rewards within the agreed delivery period.
  1. Reward includes a one-off Hong Kong delivery. Self-collection services are not available.
  2. Reward includes delivery within HK Island, Kowloon, New Territories (excluding PO Box addresses, outlying islands, Discovery Bay and restricted areas in Hong Kong).
  3. The Club Member must provide valid mailing address for delivery purposes. Should delivery be unsuccessful as a result of inaccurate delivery address or The Club Member has failed to show up at the delivery time to receive the reward, Go Logistics & Storage will charge the member an additional re-delivery fee.
  4. Redemption of rewards is subject to availability.

  6. No refund or exchange policy is applicable and Clubpoints will be deducted immediately from The Club Member’s account.
  7. The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers, discounts or cash coupons, and are non-transferable or exchangeable for cash or other products.
  8. After the shipment of the reward, The Club Member has 45 working days to place a claim with GO Logistics & Storage if they do not receive their item. Following this claim, an investigation will be made. After the 45 working days have elapsed, The Club Member will no longer be able to place a claim for the lost item.
  9. Club HKT Limited (“The Club”) is not the supplier of the above item(s) and makes no representation or guarantee as to the quality of the item(s) collected and accepts no liability for any matters arising from or in relation to the same.

  11. In the event of discrepancy or inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
  12. The Club and GO Logistics & Storages reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice. In case of any dispute, the decision of Club HKT Limited and GO Logistics & Storages hall be final.
