Description

The Club 4G 21Mbps 5GB Mobile Service Plan (6 months)

  • First 5GB: up to 21Mbps, thereafter: capped at 128 kbps
  • Unlimited Local Voice mins
  • SMS 10,000
  1. Redeem online during the redemption period.
  2. An e-redemption letter will then be sent to your registered email address.
  3. In the event of overwhelming redemption response or there is any request on item exchange, shop staff will assist you with advance order for reward collection at a later day.
  4. You shall present the e-redemption letter (either in printed form or shown on the mobile device), your The Club e-membership card at the designated collection shop to collect the designated reward within 14 calendar days from the date of issue of the e-redemption letter.

csl Mobile Service Terms and Conditions:

  1. The Club members must redeem and subscribe to the service (“Service Plan”) at designated csl retail shops. The service activation depends upon your order subscription date, and the earliest effective date is 13 October 2018.
  2. This Service Plan is only redeemable by The Club Members who are subscribing to a csl mobile service.
  3. $18 per month MTR/Tunnels/Mobile License/Administration Fee is only waived for 6 months of this Service Plan.
  4. The Monthly Local Data Usage of this Service Plan is 5GB. The maximum local data transmission speed for the first 5GB per month is 21Mbps; after the first 5GB, the data transmission speed will be capped at 128kbps. Customers will be informed by a text message when their usage reaches the speed limit is put in force. The actual speed will be considerably slower and will be affected by internet conditions, server speeds, network conditions, coverage, locations, the device used, hardware, software and other factors.
  5. CSL Mobile Limited ("CSL") and Club HKT Limited ("Club HKT") reserve the right to adjust the monthly fee of $98 or equivalent redemption Clubpoints 6 months after customers subscribe to this Service Plan.
  6. Each Club Member may redeem the Service Plan only once.
  7. Customers are required to activate IDD and international roaming service separately. Please visit http://e.hkcsl.com/roaming-e.
  8. Any unused monthly mobile data, SMS (both intra-network and inter-network) and MMS allowance will expire by the end of the bill date of each month.
  9. Customers must pay usage charges for items or usage exceeding or not included in the Service Plan.
  10. Unlimited Wi-Fi usage at csl Wi-Fi hotspots for compatible devices. For details, please visit http://www.hkcsl.com/en/csl-Wi-Fi/.
  11. There is no early termination fee for the Service Plan; you can terminate this Service Plan by giving us at least 30 days' prior notice. You may call CSL at +852 25 123 123 to terminate the Service Plan. The Clubpoints deducted will not be refunded.
  12. Terms and conditions of CSL Mobile Limited's Mobile Service Agreement apply, for details please refer to https://www.hkcsl.com/tc/new-data-and-voice-service-plan/ .
  13. Upon confirmation, no amendment or cancellation is accepted and the corresponding Clubpoints will be deducted immediately from your The Club Membership account. Use of Clubpoints are subject to the terms and conditions of Club HKT, please refer to https://www.theclub.com.hk for details.
  14. CSL reserves the right to terminate or change this Service Plan, offers or terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Please refer to CSL website www.hkcsl.com or visit CSL shops for details. CSL reserves the right to make the final decision in the event of any dispute.
  15. Upon redemption, no amendment, refund or cancellation will be accepted. The Clubpoints will be deducted immediately from your The Club Membership Account.
  16. In the event of dispute, the decision of CSL shall be final.
  17. This Service Plan is subject to other relevant terms and conditions of CSL, available at http://www.hkcsl.com and terms and conditions of Club HKT, available at http://www.theclub.com.hk.

General Terms and Conditions:

  1. Rewards can be collected either by The Club Member.
  2. Rewards must be collected within the reward collection period. Otherwise, Rewards will be forfeited upon the lapse of the reward collection period.
  3. Redemption of Rewards is subject to availability of the stocks.
  4. Delivery services are not available for the Rewards. Self-collection is available only in the locations specified.
  5. No refund, exchange or cancellation is applicable to any Rewards and Clubpoints will be deducted immediately from The Club Member’s account.
  6. The offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers, discounts or cash coupons, and are non-transferable or exchangeable for cash or other products.
  7. All photos are for reference only.
  8. Club HKT Limited (“The Club”) is not the supplier of the above Rewards and makes no representation or guarantee as to the quality of the Rewards collected and accepts no liability for any matters arising from or in relation to the same.
  9. Terms and conditions of The Club (https://goo.gl/ihL6jx) and CSL Mobile Limited (https://goo.gl/3LTMw6) shall apply.
  10. In the event of overwhelming redemption response or for any product replacement issue, shop staff may arrange an advance order for you to collect the designated item later.
  11. In the event of discrepancy or inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
  12. The Club and CSL Mobile Limited reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice. In case of any dispute, the decision of The Club and CSL Mobile Limited shall be final.
