  1. Redeem online during the redemption period.
  2. An e-redemption letter will then be sent to your registered email address.
  3. In the event of overwhelming redemption response or there is any request on item exchange, shop staff will assist you with advance order for reward collection at a later day.
  4. Club Members shall present the e-redemption letter (either in printed form or shown on the mobile device) at the designated outlets and the corresponding The Club e-membership card to collect the designated reward within 14 calendar days from the date of issue of the e-redemption letter.

  • Club SIM microSDXC works only with compatible devices. Please go to ClubSIM.com.hk for details. A Club SIM microSDXC card is used at your own risk. We expressly disclaim any liability whether expressed or implied. We assume no liability for any loss or damage caused by a Club SIM microSDXC card to the largest extent permitted by law, including but not limited to, data loss.
  • A 12-month limited warranty in respect of the Club SIM microSDXC card is provided by the service supplier. Please refer to ClubSIM.com.hk
  • Use of the content or service of Club SIM microSDXC is at your own risk. CSL Mobile Limited will not be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage of any kind, nor for any claim, loss or injury.
  • The price and service fee payable in respect of the Club SIM microSDXC card are subject to periodic change. You will be charged the fee prevailing at the time of subscribing.
  • We reserve the right of final and binding determination in the event of dispute relating to Club SIM microSDXC card service.

<12 months Data Pack Terms and Conditions>

  • This Data Pack is provided by us, Club Services (HKT) Limited, subject to the Club SIM General Terms and Conditions (available at www.clubsim.com.hk).
  • The fees payable under this Data Pack is subject to change from time to time and you will be charged the fee prevailing at the time of your subscription.
  • The validation period of this Data Pack is one year from the date of your service activation. Any unused data entitlement will be forfeited after the end of the validation period.
  • The local mobile entitlement provided under your Data Pack is for use in Hong Kong only. When you have used up your data entitlement, you will not be able to access any services with the Data Pack until you subscribe to another Data Pack.
  • If customer with other Hong Kong Data Pack, the one with earlier validity end date will take priority when Hong Kong Data usage is deducted.
  • The actual speeds you experience using Data Pack are less than the specifications and will be affected by various factors, such as the device used, locations, network conditions and other extraneous factors.
  • We may amend any provisions of this Data Pack Terms and Conditions at any time by publishing an updated version on any Club SIM websites or mobile app. By continuing to use Data Pack, you will be deemed to accept the updated Data Pack Terms and Conditions and be bound by them.

<Travel Pack – Always-Be-Connected 24-hour Pass Terms and Conditions>

  • This Always-Be-Connected 24-hour Pass (“24-hour Pass”) is provided by us, Club Services (HKT) Limited, subject to the Club SIM General Terms and Conditions (please see: clubsim.com.hk).
  • The fee of this 24-hour Pass is subject to change from time to time and you will be charged the fee prevailing at the time of your subscription.
  • This 24-hour Pass only supports data roaming service and does not support other mobile services, including but not limited to international SMS or roaming voice services.
  • The applicable roaming destinations of this 24-hour Pass are divided into Zone A, Zone B, Zone C and Zone D respectively. Subscribed 24-hour Pass of one zone will be applicable to all destinations within the respective zone.Applicable roaming destinations will be updated from time to time without prior notice. Please see the Club SIM website (clubsim.com.hk) for details.
  • Your 24-hour Pass will automatically be activated upon your arrival at the applicable destination and is valid for 24 hours after activation. Charges are calculated per one day per each applicable destination. “One day” means 24 hours from activation of your 24-hour Pass. If you visit 2 applicable destinations within 24 hours, 2 days of charges will be deducted accordingly.
  • If customer with other 24-hour Data Pass entitlement, the one with earlier validity end date will take priority when data roaming usage is deducted.
  • This 24-hour Pass is valid for one year from the day of activation. If you do not activate your 24-hour Pass within that one year validity period, any unused data entitlement will be forfeited and you will not be compensated in any way.
  • When your data roaming usage reached 500MB, the data transmission speed will be capped at 256kbps for that day. The actual speed and usage experience depends on applicable roaming networks.
  • This 24-hour Pass does not support VoIP, BitTorrent, Peer to Peer file sharing (such as FTP file sharing and webcam applications), Peer Casting type applications (such as PPLive and PPStream).
  • We may amend any provisions of this Travel Pack – Always-Be-Connected 24-hour Pass Terms and Conditions at any time by publishing an updated version on any Club SIM websites or mobile app. By continuing to use Always-Be-Connected 24-hour Pass, you will be deemed to accept the updated Travel Pack – Always-Be-Connected 24-hour Pass Terms and Conditions and be bound by them.

<12 months Voice Call Pack Terms and Conditions>

  • This Voice Call Pack is one of the service packs under the Communication Pack available on Club SIM, a service provided by us, Club Services (HKT) Limited. By downloading, installing, subscribing to and/or accessing the Voice Call Pack, you agree to be bound by the “Club SIM General Terms and Conditions” (please see: www.clubsim.com.hk) and these Terms and Conditions.
  • The fees payable under this Voice Call Pack is subject to change from time to time and you will be charged the fee prevailing at the time of your subscription.
  • The validation period of this Voice Call Pack is one year from the date of your service activation.
  • If the auto-renewal function under this Voice Call Pack is activated, the Voice Call Pack will be automatically renewed on a monthly basis upon expiry of the validation period until you terminate the auto-renewal function. The monthly charge payable will be automatically paid by your designated credit card.
  • Voice Call Pack includes unlimited local voice call and value-added services such as call forwarding, call hold, conference call, caller ID and call waiting.
  • You shall be bound by such additional terms and conditions promulgated by us in relation to Voice Call Pack. We may amend any provisions of these “Voice Call Pack Terms and Conditions” and the “Club SIM General Terms and Conditions” at any time by publishing an updated version on any Club SIM or its affiliates’ websites or mobile app. By continuing to use the Voice Call Pack, you will be deemed to accept the updated “Voice Call Pack Terms and Conditions” and/or the “Club SIM General Terms and Conditions”, and be bound by them.
  • We reserve the right to make the final and binding decision in case of any dispute in connection to Voice Call Pack.
 

3. Rewards can be collected either by The Club Member or fill in the authorization form for rewards collection by an authorized third party.
4. Rewards must be collected within the reward collection period. Otherwise, Rewards will be forfeited upon the lapse of the reward collection period.
5. Redemption of Rewards is subject to availability of the stocks.
6. Delivery services are not available for the Rewards. Self-collection is available only in the locations specified.
7. No refund, exchange or cancellation is applicable to any Rewards and Clubpoints will be deducted immediately from The Club Member’s account.
8. The offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers, discounts or cash coupons, and are non-transferable or exchangeable for cash or other products.
9. All photos are for reference only.
10. Club HKT Limited (“The Club”) is not the supplier of the above Rewards and makes no representation or guarantee as to the quality of the Rewards collected and accepts no liability for any matters arising from or in relation to the same.
11. Terms and conditions of The Club (http://goo.gl/ihL6jx) and CSL Mobile Limited (http://goo.gl/3LTMw6) shall apply.
12. In the event of overwhelming redemption response or for any product replacement issue, shop staff may arrange an advance order for you to collect the designated item later.
13. In the event of discrepancy or inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
14. The Club and CSL Mobile Limited reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice. In case of any dispute, the decision of The Club and CSL Mobile Limited shall be final.
