  1. Each Member can redeem 50 Clubpoints for a Club Pass for each iPhone XS Max model (by capacity, no matter which color). Member should select the iPhone XS Max color at the same time.
  2. After obtaining a Club Pass, a Club Pass e-Redemption letter will be sent to your registered email address.
  3. Each Club Pass can be used to purchase one designated iPhone XS Max model only.
  4. After official launch of iPhone XS Max, Member will receive a confirmation SMS of purchasing the designated iPhone model from The Club, according to the sequence of getting a Club Pass by the Member and the supply of the selected iPhone model. Platinum members will have priority when purchasing an iPhone.
  5. After receiving the confirmation SMS from The Club, Members must present it, along with a valid e-Membership card and a Club Pass redemption letter, in order to purchase a designated iPhone model for the suggested retail price from a designated store in person or via a third party holding a completed Authorization Form For Rewards Collection within the period as specified by the confirmation SMS. Failure to do so will result in the member’s order being invalidated without compensation.
  1. Reward redemption period is from 3:01pm on September 14, 2018 until further notice (“Reward Redemption Period”). Members of The Club (“Members”) can get a “Club Pass - Quota of ordering iPhone XS Max” (“Club Pass”) from designated The Club’s website.
  2. Each Member can redeem 50 Clubpoints for a Club Pass for each iPhone XS Max model (by capacity, no matter which color). Member should select the iPhone XS Max color at the same time.

  8. Members who receive a confirmation SMS from The Club but do not purchase a designated iPhone model according to the purchase arrangement will receive a refund of Clubpoints on or before January 31, 2019.
  9. Information submitted by a Member will be based on data obtained from The Club's server. The Club will not be liable for any matter or loss in relation to delays in submission, loss, or any error in transmission of information as a result of technical problems, including but not limited to any computer or Internet network issue.
  10. Members can inspect the iPhone at the time of purchase, after which the iPhone will be activated. The iPhone cannot be exchanged nor returned after activation.
  11. The Club Members shall visit Apple authorized service providers for iPhone repair service.
  12. No refund, exchange or cancellation is applicable to any Rewards, and Clubpoints will be deducted immediately from a member’s account.
  13. The offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers, discounts or cash coupons, and are non-transferable nor exchangeable for cash or other products.

  16. The Club cannot guarantee iPhone XS Max stock supply or collection times. All depends on arrangements made by the supplier. The Club will not provide information on the date a designated iPhone model can be purchased by members.
  17. The Club reserves the right and absolute discretion to terminate or change the process of this redemption, as well as the pricing of the designated iPhone model and/or these Terms & Conditions at any time without notice. In the event of dispute, our decision shall be final and binding.
  18. The Club is not the manufacturer of the products and/or services and makes no representation or warranty in respect of the products and/or services. The Club accepts no liability for the provision of products and/or services provided or manufactured by any third party, or any other matter relating to such products and/or services. The Club shall not be liable in any way for any direct or indirect loss, damage or expense of any kind arising out of, or are in any way connected with, any matter in relation to this Promotion.
  19. When a Members get obtains a Club Pass, it indicates that the Members understands and agrees to the above-mentioned Terms & Conditions.
  20. In the event of inconsistency between the Chinese and the English version, the latter shall prevail.
