- You will receive an email confirmation.
- OTO Bodycare (H.K.) Ltd. will contact member within 5 working days after received the email confirmation and arrange delivery after verification of your identity.
- OTO Bodycare (H.K.) Ltd. will arrange the delivery within 14 working days.
- Contact OTO Bodycare (H.K.) Ltd. on 2549-4611 in case you do not receive the rewards within the agreed delivery period.
- To be eligible for this Clubpoints Rebate (“Clubpoints Rebate”), you must be a member ("Club Member") of The Club, a loyalty program operated by Club HKT Limited ("The Club").
- This Clubpoints Rebate is available from November 14, 2018 to January 31, 2019, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”). The Club Member must redeem OTO Qseat at The Club’s website during the Promotion Period in order to receive 290 Clubpoints Rebate of each quantity.
- Clubpoints Rebate will be credited to a Club Member’s account between six to eight weeks after the Promotion Period.
- There is no limit to the number of times bonus Clubpoints can be earned during the Promotion Period.
- This Clubpoints Rebate and reward cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer, discount or cash coupon, and are non-transferable nor exchangeable for cash or other products.
- Self-collection services are not available.

- Member must provide local delivery address for delivery purposes. Should delivery be unsuccessful as a result of inaccurate delivery address or the member has failed to show up at the agreed delivery time to receive the reward, OTO will charge the member an additional re-delivery fee.
- Members are requested to sign off acknowledgement slips upon receipt of award items via the arranged delivery.
- Redemption of reward items is subject to availability.
- No refund or exchange policy is applicable and Clubpoints will be deducted immediately from your The Club account.
- The reward includes two-year warranty within Hong Kong (from the date of delivery).
