Return/ exchange good policy

  • Nespresso Hong Kong will, at their discretion, accept returns or exchange of goods (excluding coffee & other consumables) within 7 days from goods receipt only if: (1) the product is damaged before receipt of the same by you, or (2) there is a discrepancy between ordering and delivery, and provided always that (i) such product is still in its original package, and (ii) is accompanied by the relevant invoice issued.
  • In the event of dispute, Nespresso Hong kong decision shall be final and conclusive.
  • If received a product that is damaged or defective, please contact Nespresso Hong Kong toll-free hotline at 8101 1007 within 7 days.
  1. Redeem online during the redemption period.
  2. An e-redemption letter will then be sent to your registered email address.
  3. Please allow 2 weeks for delivery to your designated address. Contact Nespresso Hong Kong Customer Service Hotline on 8101 1007 in case you do not receive the rewards within the agreed delivery period.
  1. Rewards include a one-off Hong Kong delivery. Self-collection services are not available.
  2. Expected time of delivery: Please allow 2 weeks to deliver the reward.
  3. Mode of delivery: Delivery will be via Hong Kong Post registered mail or courier service.
  4. Delivery service is only applicable within Hong Kong (including Tung Chung, Discovery Bay and Ma Wan but excluding outlying islands, closed areas, P.O. Box, Post Box), and the delivery service does cover which are not directly connected by elevator; areas which do not have authorized or legitimate unloading area within 50 meters of the building of the delivery address.
  5. The Club Member must provide valid mailing address for delivery purposes. Should delivery be unsuccessful as a result of inaccurate delivery address or the member has failed to show up at the agreed delivery time to receive the reward, Nespresso Hong Kong will charge the member an additional re-delivery fee.
  6. Redemption of rewards is subject to availability.
  7. No refund or exchange is applicable to any Rewards and Clubpoints will be deducted immediately from The Club Member’s account upon redemption.
  8. The offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers, discounts or cash coupons, and are non-transferable or exchangeable for cash or other products.
  9. All photos are for reference only.
  10. Club HKT Limited (“The Club”) is not the supplier of the above Rewards and makes no representation or guarantee as to the quality of the Rewards collected and accepts no liability for any matters arising from or in relation to the same.

  12. In the event of discrepancy or inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
  13. The Club and Nespresso Hong Kong reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice. In case of any dispute, the decision of Club HKT Limited and Nespresso Hong Kong shall be final.
