*Terms and conditions for Product Warranty are as follows:
- The product warranty service is only applicable to the above specified products.
- The product warranty period is one year [calculated from collection date of the product(s) and the customer must present the CSL "THE CLUB" receipt as the evidence for entitlement to Maxcare warranty service during the warranty period.
- During the warranty period, if the product is under normal use, customer can enjoy free hardware repair service, but it does not include power cord, transformer, case, battery, remote control, electrode gel pad, leather case, cloth cover or any accessories or parts which may cause damage or loss.
- Warranty service does not include regular inspection, transportation, installation, cleaning and replacement of consumables.
- Customer must bring the product to Maxcare Product Service Centre for the maintenance service during the warranty period.
- Product warranty service will be suspended automatically if: (a. A technician who has not been approved by our company and deliberately modifies any parts of the product; b. any mishandling of the product, improper or unauthorized usage, negligent use, caused by human error; damage caused by abnormal voltage; damage caused by accident, fire, flood, natural disaster or any uncontrollable conditions which may cause harmful effect to the product).
- All replacement parts are owned by Maxcare.
- If there are any ambiguities or disputes, Maxcare reserves the right to not accepting or cancel the warranty service.
- Warranty services are only available in Hong Kong;
- The terms of product warranty service are subject to change without prior notice.

- An e-redemption letter will then be sent to your registered email address.
- In the event of overwhelming redemption response or there is any request on item exchange, shop staff will assist you with advance order for reward collection at a later day.
- You shall present the e-redemption letter (either in printed form or shown on the mobile device), your The Club e-membership card at the designated collection shop to collect the designated reward within 14 calendar days from the date of issue of the e-redemption letter.

- Rewards can be collected either by The Club Member or fill in the authorization form for rewards collection by an authorized third party.
- Rewards must be collected within the reward collection period. Otherwise, Rewards will be forfeited upon the lapse of the reward collection period.
- Redemption of Rewards is subject to availability of the stocks.
- Delivery services are not available for the Rewards. Self-collection is available only in the locations specified.
- No refund, exchange or cancellation is applicable to any Rewards and Clubpoints will be deducted immediately from The Club Member’s account.
- The offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers, discounts or cash coupons, and are non-transferable or exchangeable for cash or other products.
- All photos are for reference only.
- Club HKT Limited (“The Club”) is not the supplier of the above Rewards and makes no representation or guarantee as to the quality of the Rewards collected and accepts no liability for any matters arising from or in relation to the same.

- In the event of overwhelming redemption response or for any product replacement issue, shop staff may arrange an advance order for you to collect the designated item later.
- In the event of discrepancy or inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
- The Club and CSL Mobile Limited reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice. In case of any dispute, the decision of The Club and CSL Mobile Limited shall be final.
