- An e-redemption letter will then be sent to your registered email address.
- In the event of overwhelming redemption response or there is any request on item exchange, shop staff will assist you with advance order for reward collection at a later day.
- The Club Members shall present the e-redemption letter (either in printed form or shown on the mobile device), the corresponding The Club e-membership card and Hong Kong Identity Card at the designated outlets to collect the designated reward within 14 days from the issued date of the e-redemption letter.

- Rewards can be collected either by The Club Member or fill in the authorization form for rewards collection by an authorized third party.
- Rewards must be collected within the reward collection period. Otherwise, Rewards will be forfeited upon the lapse of the reward collection period.
- Redemption of Rewards is subject to availability of the stocks.
- Delivery services are not available for the Rewards. Self-collection is available only in the locations specified.
- No refund, exchange or cancellation is applicable to any Rewards and Clubpoints will be deducted immediately from The Club Member’s account.

- Restart Service (“Service”) is provided to you by Reconnects Services (Hong Kong) Limited (“Reconnects“). The Club member ("Member") confirm to have read, understood and accepted the terms and conditions of Reconnects, which are provided together with the Terms and Condition for the Service (“Reconnects Terms”) on Application form.
- Application for the Service is subject to approval by Reconnects.
- Upon approval, the Service commences from the service commencement date indicated by Reconnects in its confirmation to you.
- The Service is available only to Hong Kong Identity Card or passport holders who have subscribed to csl / 1O1O personal service plan.
- To apply for the Service,
(i) Member must be an existing csl/1O1O personal service plan subscriber and
(ii) Redeems eligible Handset from The Club Website
- Eligible Handset ("The Device") means a handset which are
(i) Member redeem The Device via The Club and also applied Restart service.
(ii) Member redeem The Device via The Club and also applied Restart service are owned by Member.
- The Club Members who collect the Apple iPhone 11 Pro handset shall check if there is any damage. After the inspection, handset will be activated immediately. Upon successful activation, the designated handset cannot be exchanged or returned.
- CSL Mobile Limited ("CSL") will inspect The Device to see if it meets some minimum requirements for the Service.
- The Service allows Member to switch your designated registered device for a replacement device (“Replacement Device”) during the Service period by paying to Reconnects a fee (“Switch Fee”) of 28% of the suggested retail price (“SRP”)of your registered device prevailing at the time of Member Service application at csl. / 1O1O website's SRP.
- If Member do not hand in your registered device or fail to comply with the Additional Requirements, Reconnects may charge Member up to 72% of the SRP in addition to the Switch Fee. Reconnects may take a hold on Member's credit card at the time of the switch for the purposes of such additional charge.
- Member may switch up to two (2) times during each 12-month rolling period during the Service period. For the avoidance of doubt, no request for a switch will be accepted if Member have made 2 switches within the 12 months immediately before Member request.
- The Replacement Device is supplied and delivered to Member by Reconnects. CSL and The Club expressly disclaims any warranties or representations of any kind in relation to the Replacement Device (whether express or implied).
- The Replacement Device does not come with the original packaging or any accessories. It is not guaranteed that the Replacement Device is of the same model or colour as your registered device.
- CSL and The Club is not the supplier of the Service, and makes no representation or guarantee as to the quality of the Service provided by Reconnects. In case of any enquiry or dispute about the Service, please contact Reconnects directly on 3008 8382.
- The Service will terminate immediately when Member's Designated Mobile Plan is terminated by Member or by CSL.
- Club HKT Limited (“The Club”) is not the supplier of the above Rewards and makes no representation or guarantee as to the quality of the Rewards collected and accepts no liability for any matters arising from or in relation to the same.

- In the event of overwhelming redemption response or for any product replacement issue, shop staff may arrange an advance order for you to collect the designated item later.
- In the event of discrepancy or inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
- The Club and CSL Mobile Limited reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice. In case of any dispute, the decision of The Club and CSL Mobile Limited shall be final.
