- Hellolulu Warranty: Hellolulu warrants the Product against defects in materials and workmanship for a period one (1) year from the date of original purchase. If a defect arises and a valid claim is received by Hellolulu within the Warranty Period, at its option, Hellolulu will repair the Product or exchange the Product with a functionally equivalent new product.
- Hellolulu's shall not provide any warranty or repair service to the following:
- non-Hellolulu Products;
- damage caused by accident or negligence;
- abuse or misuse of the Products;
- failed to use the Products in accordance with written instructions;
- modification to the Products;
- any scratches or surface damage.
