  1. To be eligible for this Clubpoints Rebate (“Clubpoints Rebate”), you must be a member ("Club Member") of The Club, a loyalty program operated by Club HKT Limited ("The Club").
  2. This Clubpoints Rebate is available between 1 April, 2019 and 31 May, 2019, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”). The Club Member must get the designated rewards from Gilman Home Appliances by redeeming at The Club’s website ( during the Promotion Period.
  3. Clubpoints Reward will be credited to The Club Member’s account six to eight weeks after redemption.
  4. This Clubpoints Rebate and reward cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer, discount or cash coupon, and are non-transferable nor exchangeable for cash or other products.
  5. Reward includes a one-off Hong Kong delivery. Self-collection services are not available.
  6. Expected time of delivery: Please allow 2 weeks to deliver the item.
  7. Mode of delivery: Delivery will be via courier service.
  8. Delivery service is only applicable within Hong Kong includes Tung Chung, Ma Wan, Discovery Bay (excludes PO Box addresses, Hong Kong International Airport, Lantau Island, outlying islands, restricted areas and not applicable where there is no elevator or the elevator is not accessible).
  9. Member must provide valid mailing address for delivery purposes. Should delivery be unsuccessful as a result of inaccurate delivery address or the member has failed to show up at the agreed delivery time to receive the reward, Gilman Home Appliances will charge the member an additional re-delivery fee.
  10. Redemption of reward items is subject to availability.
  11. No refund or exchange policy is applicable and Clubpoints will be deducted immediately from your The Club account.
