  1. Rewards include a one-off Hong Kong delivery. Self-collection services are not available.
  2. Expected time of delivery: Please allow 2 weeks to deliver the reward.

Mode of delivery: will be delivered by the company during office hours, delivery date of the company is on Mondays and Thursday deliveries to Hong Kong district and Kowloon District,on Tuesday and Friday deliveries to new territories district office hours from Monday to Friday: 11:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (public holidays unless)
  4. Service Area: Delivery service covers domestic areas only, overseas delivery is not available. Subject to Clause 3, delivery service is available for Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, the New Territories and specific outlying island areas, namely Tung Chung, Discovery Bay,  Ma Wan,  Lamma Island, Cheung Chau, Lantau Island and Peng Chau (thereafter ‘Specific Outlying Island Areas’).   5. Free delivery is limited to Hong Kong, Kowloon and New Territories at commercial and residential addresses only, not available to outlying islands, non-permanent address, restricted areas, hotel guest rooms, ports or marinas. An additional surcharge of HK$100 shall apply to delivery to Specific Outlying Island Areas. For island or marinas area, customer will need to assign the a contract person at the ports for the delivery collection.
  6. The Club Member must provide valid mailing address for delivery purposes. Should delivery be unsuccessful as a result of inaccurate delivery address or the Member has failed to show up at the agreed delivery time to receive the reward, ROG ASIA LTD will charge the member an additional re-delivery fee of HK$200.
  7. Redemption of rewards is subject to availability.
  8. No refund or exchange is applicable to any Rewards and Clubpoints will be deducted immediately from The Club Member’s account upon redemption.
  9. The offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers, discounts or cash coupons, and are non-transferable or exchangeable for cash or other products.
