They must be used between December 22 and 23, 2018. Availability on a first-come-first-served basis.   1. Rewards include a one-off Hong Kong delivery by HK registered mailing. Self-collection services are not available.
  2. Rewards include delivery within HK Island, Kowloon, New Territories, excluding Outlying Islands.
  3. The Club Member must provide valid mailing address for delivery purposes. Should delivery be unsuccessful as a result of inaccurate delivery address or the member has failed to show up at the agreed delivery time to receive the reward, Hellolulu Living Solutions Limited will charge the member an additional re-delivery fee.
  4. The Club Member are requested to sign off acknowledgement slips upon receipt of Rewards via the arranged delivery.
  5. Redemption of rewards is subject to availability.

  13. Hellolulu Warranty: Hellolulu warrants the Product against defects in materials and workmanship for a period one (1) year from the date of original purchase. If a defect arises and a valid claim is received by Hellolulu within the Warranty Period, at its option, Hellolulu will repair the Product or exchange the Product with a functionally equivalent new product.
  14. Hellolulu's shall not provide any warranty or repair service to the following:
  • non-Hellolulu Products;
  • damage caused by accident or negligence;
  • abuse or misuse of the Products;
  • failed to use the Products in accordance with written instructions;
  • modification to the Products;
  • any scratches or surface damage.
